Our return policy depends upon the condition of item.

Defective items may be returned for an exchange, return, refund or upgrade within 10 days from the date you received it. Special order items, cut cables, software and books are non-returnable.

For Non defective items, you may return it within 10 days from the date you received it. However, 20% restocking fees will apply.All return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We allow cancellations within 3 Business days and will provide a refund minus credit card/Paypal/Bank processing fees, if applicable, orders cancelled after this time period incur a 10% cancellation charge.
